The AV team was amazing! Before the event, they were available to answer all questions and make several rounds of changes to our order. On-site, they were so accommodating with our many last minute requests. Please share my appreciation to the entire team!

We recently hosted a meeting of our Board of Directors which included a ZOOM feature. They were simply outstanding. They were there early, always available, and had all the equipment and answers requested. Terrific job – and we know because we have hosted other meetings without nearly that level of expertise.

As we have mentioned, we come straight into the Hotel from our events in downtown where we have seen the lowest of tech capabilities. I had many hours to present during which I required the use of a laptop, projector, sound system, and video clips. I was so pleasantly surprised when they stopped by early on the first day of my presentation, right after I arrived, to check with me about my audiovisual needs. They were an expert support and made sure everything was working properly, connected to all ports, and that the sound and picture quality were what I desired. I felt such relief to have such an expert team onsite to help me! Thank you very much for providing their services to help me in my role as presenter. This reflects very well on the service the Resort can provide.

During the planning process, they were thorough, responded quickly, efficient and on top of it. That in and of itself made me feel confident about the job. Furthermore, they promised a great crew and delivered. I always get concerned when I don't know or have never worked with a lead tech to call any show. My concerns were alleviated at rehearsal Friday night. They took charge and ran the cue to cue in a professional, knowledgeable and decisive/resolute manner. They kept the meeting going and in the right direction. The night of the show was the same. The crew did an outstanding job.
